5. Lime Cauliflower Tacos [v]
These tacos are easily customize-able, but what I've got the biggest compliments on has been that avocado lime dressing. It goes well on so much more than just tacos!

Spinach dip can be a big time-intensive as is, so if you're putting in the effort, this is a great recipe that you can't screw up while saving you and/or friends some calories and bad fat.

3. Peanut Butter Protein Cookies [v]
This was a fun recipe I created whole collaborating with North Coast Naturals, and may be the recipe I have made the MOST this year (consequently I may have eaten my weight in PB this year). This is for the fitness lovers that always want a PB snack on hand.

2. Spicy Peanut Tofu [v/gf]
Tofu has a bad reputation among non-vegetarians and this recipe was an attempt to help combat that. Now I know meat-eaters that make this their meatless Monday grab because it's easy, flavorful, and protein-dense!

1. Quickie Crockpot Chili [v/gf]
The hands-down winner of 2017 goes to this time-saving chili! I have been so amazed at the feedback with busy workers that just want to come home to a meal that's ready to go! It has been fun hearing from you all about the different things you added to make it your own!
