Pumpkin Banana Smoothie
I hate bananas.
Yes.
Yes, I do.

I don't care that they are good for me in a million ways. They are still gross.
Alas, they are good for me; ergo I eat them.
Unripe bananas have more pectin and resistant starch, good for the digestive tract. As they ripen, more antioxidant enzymes are produced (specifically dopamine and catechins) which aid in heart health. Either way, bananas are a disgusting win.

SMOOTHIE!
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
¼ cup yogurt (you can add more ice/milk instead)
½ cup milk alternative
1-2 T maple syrup
1tsp pumpkin pie spice/cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (I use North Coast Naturals Brown Rice or Hemp Protein)
1 t glutamine (I use North Coast Naturals fermented glutamine. You can leave this out)
1 cup ice
Throw in blender. Blend. Drink. Be merry.
Enjoy the Banana-y flavor *grumble*
